Editorial and corrections policy
Purpose and responsibility
MarketPlay publishes financial education for Indian students. Content is published by MarketPlay, operated by Aarit Shah. It is not personalised investment, tax or legal advice.
Sources and assumptions
Prefer primary material from regulators and official institutions when checking rules. Sources linked beside a new explanation support that explanation; they are not a claim that every sentence in the wider curriculum has been independently verified. Rates, tax rules and product terms can change. Check the current official source before a real decision.
Worked examples must identify their inputs and assumptions. Illustrative rates are not return forecasts. Game outcomes and paper trades are simulations.
Authorship and review
Articles attributed to MarketPlay are organisational content. We only name an individual reviewer when that person has actually reviewed the material and agreed to the attribution. A modification date records a content change, not an expert review. We do not label the entire curriculum as freshly reviewed because a website build occurred.
Corrections
Send the URL, the disputed passage and an official source to shahaarit3@gmail.com. Confirmed material corrections should identify what changed and update the page date. A submitted correction is not treated as verified until checked.
Research and claims
We do not treat simulated outcomes, quiz scores or testimonials as proof that MarketPlay improves real financial outcomes. Any published study should state its sample, consent process, method, limitations and whether there was a comparison group.
