About MarketPlay
MarketPlay is an interactive financial literacy game for Indian students. It combines learning games, simulated life decisions, paper trading and classroom activities.
Who operates MarketPlay?
MarketPlay is owned and operated by Aarit Shah in Mumbai, India, as identified in our Terms of Service. Aarit is the founder and the contact for questions about the product and its content.
Who is it for?
The primary audience is students aged 13 to 17. Accounts are available from age 13 with no upper limit. Known users under 18 are excluded from marketing email and public leaderboard placement while retaining learning and gameplay access.
What we teach
Our public guides introduce money, budgeting, investing, markets and financial behaviour. Game money and outcomes are simulated. MarketPlay is not a broker or a SEBI registered investment adviser.
